|Architectural lighting design and restoration.|
Capitol Lighting provides architectural lighting design, historical luminaire restoration and custom luminaire manufacturing. The two founders and senior business associates have a history in the lighting business dating back to the 1950's. It is a company totally dedicated to supplying quality products and delivering them on schedule.
For a small firm, Capitol Lighting has an impressive backlog of prestigious projects. Leading the current list is the completion of two, two-year contracts for the decorative lighting at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra in Michigan and at Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois. Capitol Lighting was entrusted with the restoration and replication of the historical lighting fixtures in these two diverse projects because of its reputation for being able to successfully handle such difficult elements. Other current projects include the new Dearborn Center office building in downtown Chicago and Marygrove College in Detroit as well as a large number of churches throughout the mid-West.
Capitol Lighting Design and Restoration is located near Lake Michigan's picturesque waterfront in Grand Haven, Michigan. The company's studio and main office are housed in a new industrial facility incorporating other creative businesses catering to the design community - it is a fertile environment conducive to the fulfillment of the design process. In addition, Capitol Lighting's Chicago office represents its strategic plan to serve its clients better and more efficiently.
